Jack Rafn

Owner & Founder

The company was founded by Jack Rafn in July 2021 specializing in the

firearms and defense industry. Being a dual citizen of the U.S. and U.K., he has spent time in 

Southeast Asia, Western Europe, and Scandinavia. Starting his expansion, he crafted an extensive network of manufacturers, security professionals, tactical consultants, and SOF veterans from

across the military. He partnered with Strategic Imperative Solutions in the winter of 2024 to bring comprehensive security solutions to military, government, private, and law enforcement clientele across the world.

Jay Hasenbein

Owner & Founder

Sporting a 20+ year career in the United States Army Special Forces. Mr. Hasenbein specializes in risk management, executive protection, strategic planning, training, & security consultancy. His experiences come from a diverse range of combat theaters in the U.S.'s longest conflict. On top of his elite military record and stellar performance in the field, he has also protected several prominent businessmen and Western/American political figures. His process comes from combining robust and thorough threat assessments, training to partner forces, and efficiency of operations to deliver unparalleled solutions.
